This would be extremely helpful for the calendar exports to outlook! Right now it defaults to 8 AM and has to be manually adjusted in cases where an individual is only taking an afternoon, a few hours, etc.

I'd like to see if we can get a few more votes from the community on this item, but I have some ideas that might help in the portal today. If your employees have abnormal workdays, you can modify their standard workdays on the Admin > User Access > User Setup. You could set their standard workday as 10 hours and they could enter a 9 hour partial day as needed. The employees can also enter in the start and stop times in the notes section of their request which can be seen by the approvers on the Approved Time Off Calendar.

We would like to be able to request more than 8 hours. Some of our employees work 10 hour days.
I know our company could benefit from this enhancement.
