Send Trip summary automatically when return trip is checked

Currently when you click return trip required and give a reason you can click continue at the bottom and it just goes back to WO screen. This does not generate a trip summary PDF/email process. The only way to generate that Trip summary PDF is to also complete one of the scopes for customer signature. It seems like you wouldn't complete a scope if you are returning, but if you don't click complete scope, you don't generate that trip summary to tell the customer and office you were there. I think it would be nice to either reword the section that says to complete the scope (Since it doesn't complete the scope in Vista Viewpoint) or a better solution would be to just auto generate that trip summary PDF when the Return Trip Required is selected.
