Having a password along with employee number is great for Kiosk users using 2FA but the password of the portal of 12 character minimum with special requirements is a little 'heavy' for trying to log in and out through kiosk mode. For kiosk mode timecard, a PIN or easier password would be faster and better for the users. Suggestion that within the Employee Portal a user can set their own pin (4-8 character type of password) for kiosk mode and/or Admin can reset or adjust through user settings. It is tied to the user specifically for kiosk timecard and the employee portal password remains the same.
