Currently there are several steps before the performance review is finalized. HR initialize > employee completes> email sent to the manager and then manager completes > manager finalizes review > email sent to the employee and then the employee finalize review. How can we minimize so many steps?
Currently the finalized review gets stored in the Vista module in separate attachments. It should be stored in the same attachment. The only space that it can be accessed as a combined review is in the Viewpoint portal and even then, you would have to print the report and do a side by side comparison.
Currently you are only able to set 1 due date for the review to be complete. It should allow for a due date for the employee and then a due date for the manager
