The current Action Item Dashboard defaults are "All" items for the last 30 days. This causes a few issues. For us as administrators, it's causing a portal lag because we have over 5000 Action Items for this year alone (Jan-mid-August). For end users, it's causing confusion because they may have Action Items out there that are 30+ days old but not yet submitted or finalized. It seems like the filters are backwards. It should be a broader timeline but default to Not Submitted instead of "All". We have the automation in place to populate to Vista so we are usually only looking at Submitted or Not Submitted rather than any Finalized items. Maybe this could be added as a portal setting so customers can set it up per their use case?
