I would like to request an enhancement to the Performance Review module in Viewpoint HR Management for Vista.

Current Challenge:
Once a 90-day (or any period) performance review is finalized, it remains in the active review dashboard until it is manually removed or filtered out. This creates additional administrative work for HR and managers, and can clutter the active review queue—especially for organizations with high employee volume or multiple review cycles.

Proposed Enhancement:
Add a configuration setting that allows system administrators to:

1. Automatically remove or archive finalized performance reviews from the active queue after X days from completion.

2. Automatically remove or archive performance reviews that have passed their due date without completion, optionally with a status of “Expired.”

Benefits:

• Streamlines the review process by keeping the active queue clear.

• Reduces manual cleanup and follow-up work for HR and managers.

• Improves dashboard visibility for pending and truly active reviews.

• Supports more efficient compliance tracking and reporting.

We believe this would be a valuable improvement to the Performance Review module and would align with the automation already available for review finalization and reminder emails.
