We need the ability to hide the performance review from the employee. We would find this particularly useful when using the "Disable Employee Self Review" when initializing. The Employee is not going to be reviewing themselves leaving the manager to be able to leave the review, but we don't want the Employee to be able to see the managers review. We know that if you submit the review and not finalize it that the employee can't see the review, but that leaves a lot of reviews not Finalized (which is what pushes it over for the employee to see). We want to be able to finalize the review but not have the employee see the results.

Employees should be able to see their manager’s review of them—privately and constructively. This supports transparency, development, and retention.
