We have managers who are salary employees and therefore will not enter timecards in HR Management. However, they have granted access to either Standard Timecard or Grid Timecard as they are required to Approve timecards for their hourly employees.
We need the timecard submittal email to go out but we want to control who receives it. i.e. we don't want the salary employees to receive this notification.
Ideally, we can control this by the PR Department or PR Employee or even Employee Group in the portal.
Suggest adding a "Send Timecard Entry Email" to the Employee Group and then it will only send to those groups that have this checked.

Agree - there needs to be some improvement around email notifications from the portal in general. This is similar to suggestion KDS-I-1595 that was started years ago...
