We would find it very beneficial if technicians had the ability to manually adjust the date and time stamps when changing the status of a work order. It’s common for technicians to begin work without immediately updating the status, which can lead to inaccurate time tracking. While requiring status changes at each phase would help ensure consistency, allowing them the option to retroactively set the time they were en route or began work would provide added flexibility and improve the accuracy of service records.
