Okay, I see the issue... we do have to login to Vista Web for security purposes.
We will look into the suggestion of bringing them to mobile.

Of course. Really our big struggle is access for our field users. In other checklist/form tools you can link directly to a checklist and they can open the form up and fill it out easily. With Vista Web you can link to a checklist but it only ever takes you to the portal login page which then means you have to navigate to checklists and start a new checklist. On mobile, with limited cellular service at job sites this becomes cumbersome. Once the checklist is open on the phone it is serviceable but navigating there is our big problem.

Thanks for the feedback, could you provide some more detail on why the web interface isn't intuitive?
If you are experiencing performance issues with the page such as loading time.. have you submitted a support case for it?
