We have an SM Workflow Notification setup in Field Service for our 'Recommended Repair' forms to be sent to our account specialists when the trip is closed. These forms send via email to the group we have assigned. The email comes across with the standard email subject line. It would be useful if we could make edits to the subject line to include other data points. Current example "UMC - Recommended Repair (Work Order# 111111)". We would like to be able to adjust this to "UMC – Recommended Repair (Work Order# 11111) - M1111" which includes the Agreement number if there is one.
