When an employee requests a change to the amount or % for a direct deposit account, it is not obvious what is being changed on the admin review screen.
Example - Employee has 3 accounts in their PR Employee profile for direct deposit. Account number 3 currently is setup to have an amount of $200 put in every pay. The employee submitted a request to update their direct deposit info on the portal and wants to change that $200 to $500. The admin gets a notification of a new request to review and when they review the request, the $200 under account #2 would be highlighted with another text field next to it titled Updated Amount and it would show $500 (per this example).
I have attached a screenshot of how it appears now. The amount highlighted in yellow should be the current amount and it should be highlighted for the admin to see (in our above example, it would be $200). The blank area below that, which is highlighted ,would contain another field called "Updated Amount:" and per our example above, the amount would be $500. I also would like to see the Account # be highlighted that is being updated.
This is a feature we would use quite regularly throughout the year and especially during open enrollment.
