This was said best by James Fencil in his suggestion on Nov 15, 2022: "The field service product should be a mobile app to deliver the best possible experience for technicians in the field. Adding text to a work order through the browser can be difficult, you are prompted to enable location services every time you log in, and the overall UI experience is clunky and not as smooth as an iOS app would be."
I am re-suggesting this as it has been over 2 years since his suggestion and nothing appears to have been done in the way of amending these issues. The Field Management app for technicians to log their time is streamlined, intuitive, and end-user friendly. There is no reason by Field Service should not be the same way.
