PLEASE start making this user friendly for employees to use!
Why is there not a mobile friendly version for each employee to enter their own time and have the capabilities to select Job, Phase and Equipment?!?
Why is there no filter on HR Timecard Approval to filter by job?!? This forces our approvals to happen in Job time Approval.
But why is there no option for a supervisor to split/modify lines in Job time Approval?!?
Why is there no option to setup/assign different timecard templates for different users without creating new payroll groups?!?
This was sold to us as being a user-friendly employee portal capable of handling our timecard needs, but it has so far not proven itself to be user friendly for employees, especially on mobile devices which is what 95% of our employees are using OR capable of allowing each employee to enter their time with the required information. We had high hopes for this product, but the last 18 months there really hasn't been much progress, conversations/cases ending in "add a new suggestion" that haven't gone anywhere, and continued frustration!

Agreed, the app is miserable to use on a phone. And while it's easier to use on an ipad, it's still not great. It's annoying that it has to be used horizontally for the Offline Kiosk feature, especially once you start trying to pull up the list of jobs and phases to clock into. You can only see the first option on the list because the keyboard takes up the rest of the screen. It would also be nice if the job/phase the previous employee clocked in to would auto populate for the next employee that is clocking on to the device using the Offline Kiosk (ex: one crew with 3-4 people is using the same ipad to clock in and out on each job, and each person has to select the correct job and phase when they clock in - time consuming and lots of room for error in selecting the incorrect job/phase).
