We would like to have Certified Payroll fields in Field Service. We will also need the ability to override/change an employee's default craft class in Field Service.

We had been using the Field Management app through 2025 and started using the Field Service app for our snow removal this year, which has helped a lot by reducing the time for Accounts Receivables billing time! However, it has increased the workload for our Payroll Department, due to Field Service not allowing field supervisors to add Craft & Class on employee's time. The Payroll Dept now needs to open each work order to correct this so the employee gets paid correctly based on the work that they have done. This is important because an employee can do several different tasks on a work order (Shoveling, Snowplow, etc....) which should change their pay rate, but it is currently defaulting to the employee's PR craft/class setup.
Please add the Craft & Class to Field Service for field users to choose when entering info as soon as possible. We would like to move to Field Service app completely for all work orders this year which should reduce administration time all together. Thank You!!
@Kellie, We have other clients that would like to see this be possible. They are on the work completed lines back in Vista, would you be able to add this to the portal settings the same as you did for the other fields to show in the work completed section in Field Service?
