Modify TCGetFieldValues procedure to support SM Work Orders

We'd like to use the class lookup for both Jobs and SM Work Orders. The TCGetFieldValues stored procedure doesn't support using SMWorkOrder as a field in a lookup. Please modify line 607 of the code to exclude SMWorkOrder when looking for defaults from kPREH by adding SMWorkOrder in the NOT IN list (i.e. @ParamColName not in ('Job', 'Phase', 'WO', 'WOItem', 'SMWorkOrder')). Based on my testing, adding this allows the lookups to function correctly with SMWorkOrder as a parameter.
