Custom Lookup for Equipment and SM Work Orders in Expense Module
In the Expense Module, we would like the option to create a custom lookup for both the Equipment list and the SM Work Order list, similar to how the Job and GL Account lookups allow custom overrides. This way, only active equipment and open SM Work Orders would be available to select from within the Expense module.
This is huge. We have multiple SM Companies but one payroll company, so many work orders have the same number. We need to be able to restrict which work orders and SM Co a person can submit expenses for.
The custom lookup needs to include SMCo as well as Work Order.
