Is it possible to add a column for Serviceable Item in the work completed Labor summary area? This would help the technicians when they are working on a work order that has multiple serviceable items. Also could you add a column for Serviceable Item in the work completed Forms summary area as well? This would help when the technicians are working on planned maintenance and they are filling out multiple forms for multiple pieces of equipment. They could keep track of what has been entered without having to click into each form.

I don't understand why it isn't there already.
This would be EXTREMELY helpful in the report that goes to the customer to see who and what was serviced, since that is the purpose of the WO. It would make the report more complete and professional.
