We would like our field techs to be able to access the service site attachments that are added to SM Service Site in Vista such as drawings, photos, schematics, etc.

Other information such as lists of belts and filters that are need for PO's are also really important. Right now we would have to attach to each field ticket. Since these items are typical for that service site it would be beneficial for a tech to access it any time they need it without having to rely on the dispatcher to attach it to their SM Trip.
This also includes lists of materials for PM's such as filters or belts. It would be great that we don't have to go in the individual ticket to attach but let it reference back to the service site for information that is standard.
