I feel the service forms need more options to make some of the fields required or maybe even only visible if the tech responded a certain way on a previous field. Depending on the scenarios the tech encounters in the field we may need the tech to provide more guided/specific information, but other times when they may answer N/A making a whole section of the form unnecessary.
