Add functionality to allow an item group on a checklist be marked as not applicable during completion of the checklist which would hide the section from the end user and allow fields typically required to be left blank. This could have multiple uses such as in an A/C unit service checklist, a section on refrigerant levels could be marked as not applicable and skipped if that portion wasn't needed on the service.
