We have multiple recruiters, but they all look at different positions and don't need to see the others. The ability to alert specific recruiters for specific job requisitions is a must. Right now we have a work around where 1 e-mail gets BCCd on our standard e-mail response, but that's more work for one person. The option to set up multiple e-mail templates and select the appropriate one within the job requisition with different notifiers would take the place of one person having to sift through all the applicants.
Or if there is a way to make it where they get notified by an alert when they log into the portal (like we see now when there are new invoices to approve, etc.) would be more ideal. A once a day e-mail letting recruiters know they have new applicants to review would be perfect.

See the comments on idea https://keystyle.ideas.aha.io/ideas/KDS-I-123. Nathan provided the SQL to built a view. I recently did this for a client and created a SQL alias in the Viewpoint database to the view in the KDS-HRIM database. Assign access to the view and alias to VCSNotifer and then build a Vista WF Query and Job to send the emails. So if you have a SQL/Vista person they could probably get it done in a couple of hours.
