It would be great if recruiters were automatically e-mailed to inform them when an application is submitted.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

The Keystyle Database has an onboarding view. You can do a few joins to give you the information you need. I created a View in the KDS database and then created a notifier in the Viewpoint Database based on that view. It works well.

Hey Mark - We use your suggested workaround for the HR Team, but it doesn't work for "recruiters." We assign our hiring managers as recruiters, since we haven't found another way to bring them into the process, and hiring managers would only be interested in applicants for their specific positions.
Hi Team,
We currently have a work around that can help in a some cases. If you always have the same recruiters, you BCC your recruiters email or a group email on the Email Template you setup and and assign to the "Email Template ID for Submitted Email Response" portal setting. If you do this, every time an applicant applies to a position, your recruiter or group email will receive the same email the applicant receives. Please let me know if this works for needs.
Thank you!
This would be important in making sure that we can show that hiring managers are not discriminating against applicants based on any information that is disclosed on an applicant's self-identification form.
