When we set up an Onboarding invitation it sends an email out to the recipient. That email used to include the name and pin needed. With 2021 portal update the name is no longer in the email. We would like to add that name back. Can we get an option to include the name or not?
We often take out invitations ahead of time using generic names like 'Employee 1' or 'Employee 2'. We can hand the email to the applicant we did not expect. They sign in with the temp name on the email, 'Employee 1' and the pin. Then they complete the onboarding using their real names. Now the email notice just shows a pin number but the notice does not show the temporary name to use to get in. It is a choir to match the pin to the profile now. If we could add the name back in the email it would be a big help.
