Add the Employee First & Last name back to the OnBoarding email invitation. This allows for multiple emails going to one email address and the recipient to know which email goes to which new hire. Helpful when you have 10+ new hires arriving on one day to remote locations. Is also helpful if the name is spelled incorrectly when set up. At least give the Employer the option, easy yes/no button.

The first and last name are on the reminder email, but not the initial onboarding email. It needs to be on the first email as well in case of spelling errors or employees with spaces or hyphens in their name!
My hiring team is still yelling about this one.
If you can give us the option to have the name or not they would love it!
