Similar to how invoices and expenses can be submitted and approved through, could a similar submit/approve process be created for employee status changes? For example, when an employee changes position, receives a pay increase, changes classification (hourly/salary, FT/PT), etc. the manager must submit a status change form to HR and Payroll from processing. Could this be automated?
