Add Checklists to HR Management

We currently have created a checklist related to COVID. Our employees can submit this form to us if they are requesting leave as the result of a COVID exposure or they happen to have it. This currently is in the Field Management area which causes licensing issues for us. We give all our employees access to use this fillable form but only those that fill it out are "users."

  Similar issue here, Luke. We have several 'HR' related forms that are in Checklists, so we give Field Management license to all employees. Costly... Would be great to have Checklists/Forms enabled under HR license.
