Folks using the grid timecard sometimes get a duplicate line error even when there isn't a duplicate shown on the screen-but there maybe a duplicate between the portal and the timecard entry in vista. This is very disruptive in multiple ways-the employee searches for the duplicate but can't find it, they are calling payroll to find out the problem and payroll can't necessarily pinpoint the problem, and 99% of the employees don't have access to timecard entry anyways so they would not be able to self identify the problem. This problems happens with an unidentified sequence of adding and editing rows, since it's unidentified, it's extremely hard to explain to employees what NOT to do when entering/editing a row. The solution is to refresh (and lose all your data) or delete the line in question. It would be nice to have a red error on the line to delete and indicate to delete and re-add the row. We have folks who could have 50 or 60 entries and when the only thing they can figure out to do is refresh, they lose a lot of data and the whole process is very time consuming. this happens at least one time a week
