It is extremely difficult to match how many licenses being used with how many I subscribed to. Although you can see the count in the portal settings you cannot easily manage the licensing in the "User Access". I currently need to go to each portal section "PO, Expense, HR, Field, etc.) and see which licensing is activated. Often I will need to cross reference users listed in the various sections. I then need to go back to the portal setting to see what the new licensing count is.
It would be phenominal to have a hyper link - link the the number of licenses for each license type to then have list by user that is taking up a license for that license type. It would also be great to have an administrator e-mail sent that alerted me when I went over the licensing OR include an option to lock the license at the purchase level.
