We got hit with a huge overage cost due to excessive licenses. However, we haven't even gone live with the software and only have a half dozen users with actual login/pwd accounts that are testing out the software. They are very sneaky in how they charge you especially when they initially set it up so all users would be charged a license and then don't train correctly. Anyone else have issues with licensing? There must be a better way to account for concurrent logged in users rather than have VP Billing produce some complicated report that doesn't actually reflect what is going on.

We shipped a new view of license counts on the Admin > User Access page in our February release of 2021.
Hi Team,
We are currently designing improvements in the web portal to make it easier for Admins to see the Actual users / our Licensed users. We are also looking into creating a way to make it easier to see which users have have access for a module bundle and why.
