Our employees enter time using the Keystyle Standard Timecard. Currently they have access to all earn codes because we have all earn codes enabled in the earn code lookup in PR Timecard Entry in Viewpoint where our payroll team enters bonuses and other non-standard earnings. It would be very helpful if the earn code list available in Keystyle only contained earn codes with the PR Earn Code check box "Include in Remote Timesheet Entry" check box is checked. This would prevent users from accidentally selecting Bonus rather than Bereavement in Keystyle, but still allow us to leave Bonus available to our payroll staff.

I came here to make exactly this request. I don't want the entire list of earnings codes available to my users - I have legacy negative earnings codes from when we first deployed Vista and they didn't do pretax deductions. I can't delete the earnings codes, but if I could have them not available in Keystyle that would be very very helpful.
