I don't think this has been requested yet. We'd like to be able to build a Performance Review with Employee and Manager(s) comments on the same form so they can be reviewed together. Currently, it looks like each person - employees and managers have to enter a separate Performance Review form for an individual employee being reviewed. The process would go faster if managers are able to see the employee comments then add to it on the same form.

We gave up on Viewpoint HR and are moving to Dayforce in 2025.

It's time to take Vista to the next level and make it as usable as all the other HR softwares that are available to the HR professionals who are basically forced to use Vista for HR. This is a really good step that makes Vista better for HR professionals and for supervisors giving performance reviews. If I were to buy a work around, I would not use Vista's HR again so it is important to upgrade Vista's HR.

We would really love to get this created; to be able to have the employee and the manager work off the same document makes more sense than the current way it's being done.
@Kellie, we definitely need this ...any ideas on if this might be coming in the future. I have several clients wanting to be able to collaborate on the same form. Would you guys be able to build a workflow so that the employee can fill out the Review then the Managers can complete their sections. I would think it would be much like the Admin steps on forms Custom Tasks for onboarding ?

This would be INCREDIBLY helpful for our company. It makes zero sense to not allow the employee and the supervisor to elevate the same page that they are both filling out. PLEASE MAKE THIS CHANGE. I haven't seen any progress on this matter since 2021
It would also be beneficial if the employee can add additional comments AFTER the manager does their review.

Yes please. This is definitely a must have for us and would greatly enhance the tool's functionality to facilitate our performance process.
Please do this. It's 2021. Performance reviews are collaborative. You guys use Workday for your employee performance reviews, not your own platform. Interesting. ..
This would be ideal. Please offer this feature. It would also be helpful to make certain fields visible to the person who is completing the review. For example, when an employee completes the self-assessment portion, they only see/edit field specific to their assessment. When a manager completes their portion of the review, they can see the employee's assessment, and are offered their own specific fields to enter their assessment/feedback. When complete, both parties comments are combined into a final document.
