Currently, the Direct Deposit authorization is the only "task" that is not sent to Vista as a PDF once Initialized. Only the attachment added by an employee - voided check, bank letter, etc. are attached to the Vista record. Banks may ask for the ACH authorization in the case of a correction, or ACH return, so it's important to have this in form format, with the employee acknowledgement. If you could also include the image attached by the employee, that would be awesome. I have attached a copy of the screens, as well as an example form which includes the information and employee acknowledgement.
Being able to choose the file default location and attachment type (like the other forms/tasks) would be an added bonus! :)
