Currently if a technician makes a mistake entering notes into field service, they can't edit the entries. Any edits needed must be made on the back end in SM Module. This is in reference to any Work Completed Notes, Trip Notes, etc. Please look to implement capabilities for technicians to edit their own notes prior to trip completion
