When inputting time in the Field Management Grid on the web Portal Grid we often input two lines for the same person with one line for regular time and the second line for overtime (for example each day would have 8 hrs of regular time on line one and 2 hours of overtime on line two. These are union employees who are paid overtime daily). If the individual inputting the time forgets to change the second line to OT, then the Portal will just save the second line and delete the first line. We are requesting that a warning be displayed, stating that there are two lines with the same data (except for the hours.)
