Please look to improve the search functionality within Field Service as it relates to the Standard Item List in Viewpoint. The feature needs significant improvement along with an extension in number of characters allowed. We currently have a lengthy standard items list and are a flat rate company. The lack of search capability within this lookup is extremely frustrating and time consuming for our technicians on a daily basis
