When entering notes in the web portal EM Work Order Entry, users use different lines (using Enter) to separate different items within the notes, (Mechanic, Date, Location, Time, Hours, Initial Complaint, Repair, Parts, Status etc.) it shows up in Vista with none of the returns and shows all of the notes a jumbled mess and difficult to decipher. If entering the notes in Vista EM Work Order Entry it pushes the notes to the web portal EM Work Order Entry with the correct format (using Enter to separate note lines). We would expect that same behavior from the web portal EM Work Order Entry to Vista EM Work Order Entry.
