I was told this was the only way to get this fixed. The projected hours doesn't properly update when employees are submitting time off requests. This is problematic when employees have a low balance and it calculates a negative projected PTO balance even though they would have enough by that time.

I was told this was the only way to get this fixed. The projected hours doesn't properly update when employees are submitting time off requests. It needs to take projected earned hours into consideration. This causes problems when employees are proactive and schedule time off far out in advance as it calculates a negative projected PTO balance even though they would have enough by that time. Giant shortcoming.
The program isn't working. If people put in future time off and then something closer to the current date. It will show a negative balance. This isn't an advance and your program is broken. No one will give me an answer to when it will be fixed.
