In the Vista Portal a notification goes out when a benefit code is changed by the user and a second notification goes out when that change is approved. I want to add my Payroll manager to the approved notification only. But Vista support says that is not allowed. I need my PR dpartment to review the rates for that benefit change. We should be able to add users to the email notice as a blind copy.
