Currently, Keystyle bypasses all Vista user/group security settings.
For example: After deactivating a user and removing all their permissions in Vista, the user is still able to log into Keystyle, and approve, reject, add attachments to POs and Invoices.
This is a security hole that should be addressed.
Keystyle should respect Vista Security settings with respect to Job, Company, forms, attachments etc.
What a user can access in Keystyle should be limited to what the user can access in Vista.

Thanks for submitting this. The permissions in the portal can be independent of Vista. This allows non Vista user access to perform functions that they otherwise would not be able to perform. That's a big part of the magic of the portal. The portal does respect Job permissions and contract permissions from Vista.
Cheers
