Please show rejection notes in Pending PO Workflow tab

In Vista, when you click on the Workflow button for a PO you not only see the person that approved or rejected but you see their reasons in the comment column.

We have disabled the workflow emails in Vista because some of our PMs were getting 25+ emails per day.  As well, if just the initiated by person gets an email notification with the note, how will the other approvers see them or what if it by chance got spammed etc etc.  Also, Vista sometimes sends separate emails PER Po Item and it's too much.

I would be very helpful to see these notes in Keystyle as they do appear in Vista.

Same for Personal Information Requests and Timecard submissions. The rejection notes are lost and not accessible by the people that need to see them. This is not just a PO issue.

Need reject notes to display for Pending PO’s, submitter does not see the reject notes in portal when they go in to correct. PO still appears to be submitted even after the rejection occurs submitter must open workflow to see the rejection.

I completely agree and think this should already be active in Keystyle.  It has a button called "view workflow" where it would make sense to have rejection notes included.  The whole point of using Keystyle was to make the process easier for our field personnel - they shouldn't have to be well versed in the Workflow process or Vista to understand why they need to fix a PO.  Thanks.

We have users that have entered POs, those POs get rejected.  They see a big red X on their list of POs and have no idea why the PO was rejected.  The notes do not appear so they are now having to call or email the PM to find out why.  Now the PM  has to remember exactly why they rejected it in order to tell the user how to fix it.

I created a support case and they are saying the only way to see these notes is to log into Vista, which also means we have to open up the PO Pending form to all of our users.  This form cannot be restricted by Jobtype security so this will be a huge risk.

If our users are still required to use Vista to get the full PO experience, it does not make budgeting sense to own both for these applications forcing us to stick with Vista.
