We very frequently create POs with many items on them. When an approver logs into Keystyle, it shows not how many POs they have to approve, but how many items. We never approve/reject individual PO items.
For example, we send emails to the users in the AM with a list of POs they have to review (today it was 6 for one PM). They log into Keystyle and it's showing a very large # of POs to approve and they think there's an issue.
When they open the list, if a PO has 25 items and they have to sift through 25 lines to find the next PO and it's overwhelming.
Can the PO Review be like the AP Review where it just lists the invoices in the list, they open each invoice to see the line items and all the attachments? This works so well and most of the users that approve invoices are the same that approve POs so having similar screens and procedures would really help.
In the least, if there could be an Expand All, Collapse All button to show just PO headers and then expand is PO Items would be helpful. Or if the list could be the same as the Pending PO list where it just lists the PO then they can drill into the line items versus having to use the ellipse then click on another option.

I agree that we would like to see the PO Approval process layout memic the AP approval process layout where the first page allows for full PO approval and then there is a 'drilldown' option to see the line items on the PO. The current process of seeing all line items on the initial page for PO approval is overwhelming/confusing to the approvers and the AP screens are a better/clearer end user experience.
