Under Section 1 of I-9, option 4, there is a field for expiration date. Per I-9 instructions, if this field is not applicable, it needs to be completed with N/A. The N/A box is grayed out if the candidate selects another option and as a result the final form is generated with the missing N/A.
Also, under Preparer and/or Translator Certification, if the candidate select “I did not use a preparer or translator, the final form is generating N/A in all those fields. Per the I-9 instructions, those fields are not required.
When you go to https://www.uscis.gov/i-9 you can fill out the I-9 electronically and this fillable form will autofill all the required “N/A” that need to go on the form.
This is very important, if and employer get I-9's audited, they get charged per error.

There are still fields in the I-9 form that need to be fixed. Paula was correct as well. The preparer's portion does not need N/A's if not used. There's an N/A Missing on option 4.
We also need to add the other fields to the reverification portion to be able to complete that properly.
You should consider mimicking the actually fillable I-9 from from the uscis.gov website.
