We would like to see the time allocation come up after the phases are selected on the app. Everyone needs to do time allocations anyways, it seems to just make sense flow wise

Should happen for the first person doing a crew timecard AND if someone is only entering time for themselves. So I see the time allocation coming up after the phases, if I am only entering time for me, my time allocation comes up and then we move on. If there are multiple people I am entering time for, it just goes from one person to the next. So if I am entering time for Joe, Bob and Sam, I allocate Time for Joe hit next, allocate time for Bob, hit next, then allocate time for Sam.

Should this happen with the first user in the list selected if doing a crew timecard or should this only happen when entering in time for one employee (self) ?
