In Vista, the PR Crew Timesheet Entry form retains the original timesheet entries, which can be reviewed by the field staff for reference as needed. Sometimes they need to reference a note or phase code used and it is easy for them to go back to the original entry since they are already familiar with the form. It's one of the few features of PR Crew Timesheet Entry that people actually like.
Keystyle doesn't appear to have that option in the Grid Timecard. If we could see historical entries (locked to editing of course) in Grid Timecard that would be very useful and allow them to have a "one-stop-shop" rather than needing to find or ask for a report.

View of history and current time entries would be more beneficial on the same program in grid time. It would also be beneficial for other foreman (who enter time) to see current time entry in real time for employees and history if field workers are working on the different jobs in the same day. That way they are not overlapping hours.

Your employees that are entering in time should have access to the Timecard Approval page in a read only fashion if they are not setup as approvers. Does this page provide enough information to your users to meet this need to look at historical timecards?

To take this concept a step further our job crew leaders need to be able to see previous weeks time cards for multiple reasons. Mostly the need to see how many hours an employees worked in previous weeks as well as the job, phase, craft, class and hours were paid for the entire week. I think giving them access to the Timecard Dashboard in a READ ONLY view would accomplish this best. Security to this could feed off who has approval permissions to enter time. Yes - I need this ASAP.
