Often times We are required by Audits to provide random Timecards that show start and stop times for various jobs and people. We recently started entering time through keystyle and realized pretty quickly that the "timecard report" only shows hours worked and not stop and start times and therefore unusable in Audits.

This hasn't been done yet because the way the data is being stored is horrendous. I tried building this report, and I understand why Viewpoint has not been able to do anything here, even though it is clearly such an important bit of information to be able to provide. Will require much more than a simple report build.
Still... Viewpoint you need to do this...
This is a requirement ion California...we are facing the same challenges because we cannot use the portal timecard report for audit without this info and now that we have been using the portal for a while this is the only timecard we have for many of our employees.
When is this going to be done?
When will clock in / out times be added to grid timecard?
Have you guys looked in the Vista program "PR Employee Daily Time". Note - it's not a report right now. But clearly Vista is logging all that info. Should be pretty easy to turn it into a report if necessary.
Has there been any progress on this feature/report?
Hey, We are trying to decide if it is worth it to have an outside company create us a report, I am wondering if you guys have estimated Date of when this would be implemented ?

So then, just so I am clear, it does not show stop and start times, but will soon?
Thanks for replying. I talked with support and they let me know that the processed report does not currently show clock in / out times. This is not the intent and will be corrected shortly.

So as far as I am aware, it does not "Already Exist" If it does, and the keystyle support team was wrong, Please direct me to where I could find the Timecard that shows start and stop times for employees.

I did submit a support case to Keystyle, they stated there is not report that shows the start and stop times once the payroll batch was already processed. That the only way for me to get this would be to save the PDF version every week going forward, but there would not be any way for me to get the start and stop times for weeks passed and processed. They actually were the one that recommended me posting this idea.
