Currently we have the option to either completely lock down the Hours and Earn Code fields from Job Time Approval or keep them open for editing by our Field Managers. There needs to be some kind of in between where Job Time Approvers can use the Duplicate feature to create additional lines and split time between phases, but without allowing a change to the total number of hours per employee per earn code. If a Job Time Approver can see 40 hours for employee A in Job Time Approval, they should only be able to approve 40 hours for employee A in Job Time Approval. The amount of hours should not be able to be saved unless it matches the hours on the submitted timecard.
