Timecard Admin should have the ability to approve any timecard regardless of approver roles. Our Payroll department are the only ones that are designated as timecard admins and often need to approve timecards for managers that have forgotten and are not available to do so.

Hello, just add the timecard admins to the Reviewer Groups (in Vista), then they can approve timecards.
