For our 5A contracts, the Owners are required to approve Purchases over a certain limit. Currently we have to email the Owner the PO and get an electronic signature, which we then have to attach to the PO, then approve internally with the Workflow.
A new workflow addition would be amazing to allow external email accounts to be setup as approvers (just in the portal so Vista changes not needed) for these types of POs that are emailed to an email address allowing them to log into the portal to approve. Once they approve, the regular workflow from Vista kicks in. It could be an extra area on the User Access of the portal so an Employee ID is not required
Since we deal with so many Residential 5A projects this would be a great add-on feature and service we can provide our clients, versus having to send for approvals with an email.
