due to the company size, our Expense admins have been assigned particular range of employees to them.
eg: Admin 1: A to I (employees whos names end with the letters)
Admin 2: J to Q
Admin 3: R to Z

When you add a user to the Admin Roles page, you can do so by PRCo and PR Group. Can you let me know if this works for you?
